Brakshun (White Mumijo, White Shilajit) is a potassium alum, containing in its composition, magnesium sulfate and water-soluble salts formed as a result of leaching of rock on the surface of which is formed of a hard butter.
Brakshun or White Shilajit is a potent immune modulator. Harbouring ionic minerals that can adjust the balance of minerals and salts in the body. Potentially, Brakshun solution can normalize blood chemistry. It is Formed in Caves, Crevices & Cracks within remote mountain ranges of Eastern Siberia. Brakshun contains of 49 minerals, vital for an organism (potassium, sodium, magnesium, manganese, copper, iron, etc.) in easily acquired form and doesn't contain toxiferous elements (lead, cadmium, Hydrargyrum, arsenic).
Our Brakshun is harvested by local co-op farmers, cleaned, purified using ancient Himalayan methods, sun-dried, and broken into small rocks.
How to use our premium Brakshun:
3g of powder dissolved in 2 litres of boiled water (the temperature of which should not exceed 60 degrees) and take 200 ml 3 times a day, 30 minutes before each Meal.
Recommended Cycle Duration of using Brakshun is for 4 weeks on and then 7 weeks off. (4 cycles in a year or once per season is recommended).
At the beginning of the use of Brakshun (for efficient adaptation to the natural product) it is better to use it in small doses (70 ml, 3 times a day with meals), and for the preparation of the solution not take 3 g, and 1 g of hard butter 3 water. Then, after your body adapts to it, you can begin to make a solution 30 minutes before a meal, gradually increasing the dose and concentration of the solution.
The prepared solution of Brakshun can be stored for up to 10 days in a dark place at room temperature. The resultant solution in the preparation of the brakshun can be used as part of lotions and compresses.
