How to prepare Irish Sea Moss:

It is important to, first, clean the sea moss and remove any sea debris, dirt, or particles. When handling sea moss always make sure your hands are clean so that you do not contaminate the sea moss and be sure to use filtered, spring, or alkaline water. Never use tap water to clean your sea moss. Make sure you get as much of the sand, salt, and other impurities off your Sea Moss as you can in this first wash. Try to agitate the seaweed in the water aggressively during the first few minutes of washing. You might let it soak in the water for a few hours.
